Then the angel said to them (shepherds),
do not be afraid, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will
be to all people. (Luke 2:10)
A new birth of a
child brings joy to the family! But the birth of Jesus Christ brought great joy
to the whole world, to ALL people! What joy His birth brings to you? what are
you reminded of His birth? The angel of the Lord said, do not be afraid, for
look! I bring you good tidings! It was announced to the shepherds by the angel
of the Lord. His joy is visiting you
today! Regardless of the circumstances you are in, His joy is going to
overwhelm you! Comfort you! and Uplift you! Jesus said in John 16:20 ‘…I assure
you, most solemnly I tell you, that you shall weep and grieve, but the world
will rejoice, you will be sorrowful, BUT YOUR SORROW WILL BE TURNED INTO JOY!
