And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit, who lives in you (Romans 8:11 NIV).
How wonderful to know that the same Holy Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead lives in us today! His ministry is to make us fruitful, productive and effective in every area of our lives. He produces life in us because He is the life-giver. It makes no difference how deep in the valley a man may find himself in life; what he needs is to be more acquainted with the Holy Spirit and things will change!
The Holy Spirit can raise you up from the thraldom of failure, defeat and squalor into a victorious, glorious and prosperous life. He’ll revitalise your business, rejuvenate your job and your finances, and produce divine health in your physical body, through the same power with which He raised Jesus from the dead.
It excites me to know that the Holy Spirit can restore to you even that which hitherto had been lost; He’s the restorer of wasted years. Joel 2:25 says, "And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm…." Perhaps you thought you had lost it all; you looked at your life and thought you had wasted too many years without making progress! Be of good cheer; it’s not over yet! God is willing and able to restore you to the place of your dream and destiny in Him. What you need is to recognize that the Holy Spirit living in you is a restorer! In one sweep, He can move you hundred paces forward, far ahead and beyond what your mind can comprehend.
Choose to trust the Spirit of God to lead and guide you in life, and He’ll make something beautiful out of your life! He’ll restore, renew, invigorate and position you for success; He’ll perfect all that concerns you.
Prayer
Dear Father, I thank you for your Spirit that lives in me,who causes me to triumph in all things and perfects all that concerns me. I rejoice at the knowledge that I can never be disadvantaged or behind in life, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
