We Have The Overcoming Life In Us!

“For whatever is born of God overcomes the world.  And this is the victory that has overcome the world – our faith.  Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God” (1John 5:4,5)

We are born of God.  We are born of the incorruptible seed of the Word of God.  Greater is He that is in us than he who is in this world!  Jesus said: “I have overcome the world!” When we got born again our human life has been supplanted by the Life and nature of Christ.  We can overcome the world, the flesh and the devil by faith! Our faith is the victory that overcomes every challenge!

We are called to fight a good fight of faith not fight with the devil.  The devil is defeated already.  Instead walk in the conscious of who we are in Christ, and the overcoming life we have in us.  In 1John 4:4, “you are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.”  John is telling: We are of God and we have overcome, not going to overcome.  Remember, we have overcome not because we are strong or too spiritual.  WE HAVE OVERCOME THE WORLD BECAUSE THE GREATER ONE IS INSIDE US!  Are we walking in the light of this Truth?  We are called to walk in the power of God! ‘Don’t be a coward Christian and say: I'm somehow surviving.’ At all times, whenever, wherever we are, we are the overcomers.  We are on this earth to demonstrate God’s power! Cast out the devil, destory his works and threaten his kingdom! What are the challenges are you facing today? Are you walking like you have been chased and beaten by the devil? Do you know what the Bible says how a Christian life will be like?  “NOW, thanks be to God who ALWAYS leads us (cause us) in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in EVERY PLACE” (2 Cor 2:14). Wow! Trust yourself to Him to live this victorious life!  It is God who leads us to triumph in Christ! Amen.

Rise up!  walk and talk like the King’s son and daughter!  Confess this confidently and boldly:  GREATER IS HE THAT IS IN ME THAN HE WHO IS IN THIS WORLD! I LIVE AN OVERCOMING LIFE! MY FAITH IS THE VICTORY OVERCOMES EVERY CHALLENGE COMES MY WAY TODAY! GOD ALWAYS CAUSE ME TO TRIUMPH IN CHRIST AND THROUGH ME DIFFUSES THE FRAGRANCE OF HIS KNOWLEDGE WHEREVER I GO.” Amen. You have a victorious day.  Make the devil mad today!
