Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all (1 Timothy 4:15).
As a Christian, God’s desire for you isn’t just that you make progress and move forward in life, He wants your progress to be obvious to those around you.God loves to display His mighty power through His children. The Bible says, "And the man (Isaac) waxed great, and went forward, and grew until he became very great" (Genesis 26:13). Isaac prospered exceedingly in a land that was devastated by a severe famine. His prosperity was so profound it got the attention of the Philistines: "For he had possession of flocks, and possession of herds, and great store of servants: and the Philistines envied him" (Genesis 26:14). God can do the same with your life.
The reason Isaac recorded such unmistakable progress and prosperity is not farfetched at all. He’s shown to us in Scripture as one who often took time to meditate on the Word (Genesis 24:63). Paul said to Timothy, "Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all" (1 Timothy 4:15). This instruction, as well as the ensuing result is also for you. Meditating on the Scriptures will make you an evident success in life.
Joshua 1:8 says, "This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success." This kind of success and prosperity isn’t hidden at all, but evident for all to see.
God doesn’t want to bless you in a corner; rather, He wants the whole world to see what He has done for you. He wants to brag with your life. Therefore, you have to make meditation on the Word your priority; that’s the recipe He’s given us for good success and unending prosperity.

Dear Father, I thank you for giving me a life of continuous progress and prosperity through the Word. I thank you for the impact of your Word in my spirit, causing me to function in wisdom and prosper in all that I do, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
